This bold extra virgin olive oil originates from four Sonoma County orchards. It is made from Frantoio and Leccino olives, along with small amounts of Mission, Manzanilla, Picholine, and Pendolino. The Sonoma Blend is robust, with aromas of fresh cut grass and notes of spice, pepper and herbs. Best in pesto, vegetables, salads, and steak. Free acidity: 0.06%.
