The health benefits of drinking red wine in moderation has been written about extensively. Two red varietals in particular, Zinfandel and Pinot Noir, are believed to have healthful ingredients in more abundance than other varietals.  

Since we live in the heart of where the best Zinfandels and Pinot Noirs are grown and produced, here are some of our recommendations for excellent examples of these two varietals. In addition to the health aspects, they taste pretty good too!
