Winemaking Techniques: The warmth of the growing conditions in Lodi are closer to the climatic conditions of the Southern Rhone Valley in France – the source of this ancient varietal. European style; dry and full-bodied.  Stainless steel fermentation.

Tasting Notes:  The wine’s color is pale straw with green highlights while the aroma carries melon, honeysuckle, vanilla and pineapple. These flavors are also repeated on the palate. Green apple and lychee notes are accented with hints of pear and guava as well.
