Winemaking Techniques: The Grapes were handpicked late in the season on October 12, then rushed to the winery. Cold soaked for three days, then fermented in open top tanks and punched down twice a day. Barrel aged for twelve months in 30% new French and Hungarian oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: Savor the bright fruit of raspberry and strawberry. This wine is mouth-watering, with elegant tannin structure. Aromas of plum and black pepper with cherry liquor. Bright fruit and velvety texture with a burst of cherries and a lingering finish.
