TASTING NOTES
The aromas in the wine range from deep raspberry, bright cherries, ripe rhubarb to notes of cola, Christmas spices, vanilla, lavander and earthiness.
The palate is full of a balance of raspberry, cherry, mushroom, with hints of spices, chocolate and a touch of cedar. The mouth feel is extremely soft and velvety with a smooth acid backbone to carry it through the finish.
