Winemaking Techniques: This estate fruit was harvested only a few hundred yards from the winery where it was whole cluster pressed. Barrel fermented and aged for 10 months in 100% French Oak (25% of which were new barrels). 75% malolactic fermentation.

Tasting Notes: This straw colored Chardonnay showcases beautiful apple, peach, honeysuckle and lime aromas with light oak influences of vanilla and toasted almonds. It has mouth-filling flavors of whole cumquats, orange blossoms and limes. The finish is lightly creamy with lingering flavors of toffee and butterscotch.
