Small Vines is an innovative Viticultural company and winery producing small lots of handcrafted Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Proprietor Paul Sloan is at the leading edge of “Close Spaced”, or “High Density” farming.   Paul explains the benefits of this approach in the video. In a nutshell, closer spacing of vines produces smaller and more intense fruit. Hence the Small Vines slogan, “The smaller the vine, the better the wine!”
